The front of house manager was polite, so relaxed and when I was leaving I had assumed that my booking was prepaid and was about to leave - when he checked and realised it hadn’t been so he smiled and calmly assured me that it would take just a moment- so charming - on another positive point the bar was manned by a young student from Tunisia - again so polite - he and I stumbled through a conversation in my poor French as he made me my G&T - he said he loved working at the hotel and it showed

All staffs went beyond and above their duties, they were so kind and very supportive. When we had fuel injection problem with Hertz car and it didn't work on the autoroute,.... we arrived to the hotel at midnight and tired. Next morning we talked to Jean Baptist at the front desk about it, he made several calls for us for the whole day(Hertz and Its insurance put us on hold for long times). He was persistent to get an answer for us from Hertz, someone finally responded to his calls by saying a taxi to come pick us to near Hertz car rental office for another car. But nobody came on that day as promised, we had to call our next hotel (8:30PM)for cancelling our night and to stay at this hotel another night. Other staffs made a room available for us at the last moment. Each one of them helped us as much they could in their capacity. A couple of days late, Jean Baptist followed up with Hertz for my case and provided me some information to proceed it. We were very impressive with Jean Baptiste for his persistence, customer service advocating and helpfulness. From my experience, this hotel and staffs provide excellence and quality services for customers. I hope that the hotel management recognize Jean-Baptist for his outstanding performance of customer services.

The location was perfect, you're basically a 5 minutes walk away from the very center. Even though you can park on the street, it's a big time saver that they have a garage that you can reserve for a fee. The stuff was very nice and helpful. The room was also big, clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect as the Beaune centre is a few minutes walk away. Hotel car parking was available as an extra and we chose that. The space was marked with our name before arrival - a good touch. Room was exceptional both in fixtures and cleanliness.

The location is just at the border of the city center, very useful to avoid using the car. Many restaurants are in the area and it is easy to use the hotel as the starting point to visit the vineyards of Borgogne
